How much will my project cost?.

Use our Quote Form to send a description of your project and a file of your artwork.  We'll have a quote for you within 24 hours.

Do you design artwork?

No, but we can recommend some excellent professional graphic designers to meet your budget.

Do you do digitising?

Yes. If your logo consists of any artwork then it will need to be digitised.
The costs will vary depending on the complexity of the item but generally averages out to between $40 and $80 dollars.

If your logo is just standard text/lettering there is no setup cost and your cost is for embroidery only.

What is your standard turn around time?

The normal turn around for an average order, quantities between 1 to 200 units, is two weeks.

What is the minimum order size? 

One item.

What do you charge for a rush order?

We don't charge extra for a rush order and do our best to accommodate the specific needs of all of our clients.

Do you make patches or badges?

Yes we do. Badges can be made to any design for you to sew onto your garment.

How will my order be shipped?

We can accommodate your preferred shipping requests. Costs will be included in your quote.

Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your order from our outlet.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Direct Debit, Bank Deposits and cheques. 

What are your hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We observe the usual holidays.
